OUR FOOD PLAN
The 2023-2028 West Central MN Food System Plan is a strategic roadmap designed to strengthen the regional food system across Clay, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wilkin Counties. Developed through extensive community input, it outlines goals and strategies to ensure all residents have access to nutritious, locally produced food while supporting farmers, reducing waste, and fostering sustainability.
